* For all l 1:1 individual lesson and packages, I take new students on an ongoing basis.  I am also able to offer some scholarship for 1:1 program packages based on individual need, for very motivated students who are experiencing financial hardship. 3 Month payment plans are also available.

 

In individual lessons you will receive the benefits of personalized instruction for the most benefit and experience more hands-on guidance to address specific body issues

  • LEARN simple, restorative self-care exercises to help you maintain what you receive in lessons

  • EXPERIENCE what it feels like to walk in a naturally balanced and coordinated way so that you can build new habits that last a lifetime.
